What the app is for
The app helps the band plan events, prepare and sign contracts and agreements, schedule musicians and share gig details. Your agreement with the band is set out in your signed contract or artist agreement; these terms do not change it.
Your account and sign-in links
Sign-in links and passcodes are personal. Do not share them. Tell the band right away if you think someone else has used yours.
Acceptable use
Use the app only for its intended purpose. Do not try to access information that is not yours, disrupt the app, or upload anything unlawful or harmful.
Electronic signatures
When you sign a contract or agreement in the app by ticking the agreement box and typing your name, you agree to sign electronically, and your electronic signature has the same effect as a handwritten one.
Availability
We work to keep the app running and accurate, but it is provided as is and may sometimes be unavailable or contain mistakes. Please check important details, such as dates and times, with the band.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, the band and the app's provider are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app.
